Communication was quick and easy to understand. Addressed all questions and provided samples when requested. Product is sturdy and clean, smooth edges with little cut residue. Printing is very clear and appears high quality, very glossy and beautiful. Inner pages are of a good thickness and do not bleed through with traditional ink or gel pens. The inner pages printing does not interfere with writing and does not effect the ink on the paper, it is also of a good quality with consistent opacity throughout and no smears. Cover is thick and sturdy, but can still roll or bend with enough pressure, takes ink well though certain pigment inks (from rubber stamps) do take a while longer than average to dry. Overall a very satisfactory product and ordering experience.
